In this webinar Caitlin and Macy will walk us through how to integrate and apply infection control risk assessments (ICRA) and root cause analysis (RCA) tools into your quality assurance performance improvement (QAPI) processes to enhance quality improvement within your facility.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Caitlin Ferguson, MHA, CPHQ  is a Quality Improvement Specialist with TMF Health Quality Institute. She assists facilities with setting and achieving quality improvement goals while providing tailored resources to support them in achieving their desired outcomes. Caitlin has her master's in Healthcare Management and has worked within multiple specialty clinics and as a nursing home administrator.

Macy McElhaney, BSN, RN, CPHQ is a Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist with TMF Health Quality Institute, working on projects relating to quality measures, infection control, immunizations and quality improvement in nursing homes. Macy’s background includes experience as a Director of Nursing in long-term care facilities.
