MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
The instructor for this course is Nicole Manley MSN, RN, CHSE, CA-SANE.
Nicole Manley is the Interim Director of the Learning Enhancement and Academic Progress Center (LEAP) and the Director of the Simulation & Skills Center at the University of Texas, Austin, School of Nursing. She is currently a third-year doctoral student studying the relationships between lifetime violence, psychological capital, and health outcomes.
Nicole provides clinical, educational, and technical expertise in developing, implementing, and evaluating all simulation and skills lab activities. Nicole also supports faculty leaders in integrating and implementing simulation activities across both undergraduate and graduate programs. In addition to her current roles, Nicole has experience in emergency nursing and forensic nursing. She holds a Texas certificate as an Adult Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner and is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.

Requirements for Successful Completion
To receive contact hours for this continuing education activity, the participant must register for the course, complete the entire module, score over 80% on a post-test, and complete and submit the evaluation form. Once successful completion has been verified, a “Certificate of Successful Completion” will be awarded for 1.5 contact hours. This certificate will be issued automatically and emailed to the address associated with the course registration. Certificates can also be accessed via the Catalog Student Dashboard’s “Completed” tab.
